We are very excited to be welcoming 2 Postdoctoral Researchers this coming academic year!

Unfortunately, this also means that we are not recruiting any postdocs at this time. The only exception would be if you are keen on joining the lab and have successfully secured independent funding.

That being said, we are always excited to hear from anyone interested and find ways to collaborate!

We will be looking to accept 0-1 PhD students starting Fall 2027. If you are interested in applying, please reach out directly to Dr. Hussain via e-mail BEFORE submitting your application. In your e-mail, be sure to include your CV, a short summary of your previous research experience, a short summary of your future research goals, and the names of 3 references.

All undergraduates in the lab are expected to take ownership of their project and be full members of the lab. If you are interested, please email Professor Hussain directly with your CV/resume, transcript, and a brief summary of your research interests and career goals.

You must already be admitted to the Masters program in the Department of Biology to join the lab. If you are interested in working in our lab for a research course, please email Professor Hussain with your class schedule, MS application, and a brief summary of your research interests and future goals.

We are not hiring research technicians at this time.
